Media Kamboja memberitakan wajah mendiang Raja Sihanouk tampak di bulan
Konon pada saat ini 10,000 pendeta sedang berkumpul di depan istana raja di Phnom Penh untuk berdoa karena tadi malam warga Kamboja dihebohkan dengan penampakan wajah mendiang Raja Sihanouk di bulan.
Raja Sihanouk meninggal beberapi hari yang lalu di Cina, karena sakit. Berikut petikan berita dari Phnom Penh Post:
“I clearly saw the image of the late king,” Nun Pichsudeny, a resident of the capital’s Meanchey district, said.
“If you look up towards the dark side and concentrate, you can clearly see the smile of the King Father.
“Look for a few more moments at the straight point, and you can see eyes, and further down, his upper body in white clothes. My whole family saw it.”
Others were quick to make light of the alleged sighting by posting blatantly doctored photos on social-network sites of a smiling Sihanouk looking down toward Earth.”

Mantan Raja Sihanouk adalah raja yang sangat dicintai rakyatnya. Ketika mendengar berita meninggalnya Sihanouk, ribuan rakyat tumpah ruah ke jalan larut dalam kesedihan.
Tampaknya, apabila larut dalam kesedihan, orang dapat melihat hal-hal yang biasanya sulit dilihat.
