Coffee shops like Brown or Gloria Jeans have fairly fast internet connection, but they got crowded overtime. I highly recommend Hotel cambodiana for those who' need fast internet connection. I tried the wifi at the hotel lobby and the download speed as probably as fast as Europe’s internet connection. The drawback: 1. no working table, only couches and small short cafe tables, 2. coffees are rather expensive and taste so-so. Addy is below:
